Uploading your metrics to TrainingPeaks is important on a consistent basis. At least twice a week, once at the start of the week and once at the end of the week. This gives the coach more information to work off. More importantly for looking back on if there is a period in your plan where you may be fatigued or over/under training. The coach can look back to see if weight or sleep fluctuated or if fatigue levels were higher.
Don’t know how to upload your metrics on TrainingPeaks ? It’s very simple, click on the day you want to upload your metrics. Select ‘Metrics’ and enter your information. Try and enter all 10 metrics and leave a note underneath if there are any dramatic changes to your emotional/physical well-being on that day. Monday & Sunday are sufficient, better than nothing!
