Progression into Full-time Coaching Role

I'm very happy to announce that I am now moving into a full-time coaching role with my own business, ZND coaching. Over the past 2 years since I started ZND coaching I've been particularly busy with a number of other commitments. Finishing my honours degree was a primary focus, along with maintaining another job in the field of gym instruction while also working towards my national accredited Strength & Conditioning certification in TU Dublin.

Going forward this means I will be able to bring a lot more to the table for both my own clients and potential new clients. It has always been my aim to reach this position where I can give full attention to my passion, both as a coach and competitive cyclist.

There are a number of things in the pipeline such as the creation of a new branded ZND coaching app which will allow better integration on a day-to-day basis for ZND clients. This will serve alongside TrainingPeaks as a tool to monitor daily progress such as metrics while also being a one-stop location for messaging. This will cut out having to search through past emails or WhatsApp messages for information I previously sent. Over the coming months I hope to see this available on the Apple Store and Google Store. For the moment to ease the transition over the coming months I will be focusing on getting current clients integrated with the ZND wix app.

I will also be looking forward to visiting a number of clubs for coaching sessions and Q&A evenings in the coming months.

The main benefit of moving into this role means I can now focus on taking on more clients and sharing my knowledge and passion for the sport with more people. If you are currently wondering what a professional cycling coach will bring your performance on the bike then get in touch with me by email or via mobile 0851863387.

Uploading your metrics to TrainingPeaks is important on a consistent basis. At least twice a week, once at the start of the week and once at the end of the week. This gives the coach more information
